A lucky winner will be selected for each eligible sale day, and the names of all verified winners will be announced together on Diwali through Denver’s official communication channels.

Customers placing eligible orders during the active Denver Diwali Sale will automatically qualify for the Daily Lucky Winner Giveaway, subject to successful order verification.

Giveaway Eligibility

  • Only orders placed during the active Denver Diwali Sale will be considered for the lucky draw.

  • Each eligible order will be considered for the applicable daily lucky draw based on the date on which the order was placed.

  • Prepaid orders must remain successful and must not be cancelled, refunded or identified as fraudulent.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will qualify only after successful delivery of the order.

  • COD orders that are cancelled, refused, undelivered, returned to origin (RTO) or otherwise unsuccessful will not be eligible for the giveaway.

  • Cancelled, unsuccessful, fraudulent, incomplete or manipulated orders will not be eligible.

  • Eligibility of the selected order will be verified before the winner is finally confirmed.

Winner Selection

One lucky winner will be selected randomly for each applicable day of the active sale from eligible orders placed on that day.

Winner selection will be carried out separately for each sale day.

Selection of an order in the lucky draw does not by itself confirm the prize. The selected order must successfully clear the eligibility and order verification process.

Winner Announcement

Daily lucky winners will be selected against each applicable sale day; however, the names of all verified winners will be announced together on Diwali.

Winner announcements will be made through Denver’s official social media channels and/or other official brand communication channels.

Customers are advised to follow Denver’s official social media pages to stay updated.

Selected winners may also be contacted through the registered mobile number, email address or other contact details provided while placing the order.

Prize

One verified lucky winner for each applicable sale day will win:

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.

Winner Verification & Prize Fulfilment

Before confirming the prize, Denver will verify the selected winner and the qualifying order.

The selected winner may be required to provide:

  • Valid identification

  • Order details

  • Registered contact details

  • Any other information reasonably required for verification

For COD orders, prize confirmation will take place only after successful delivery of the qualifying order.

If a selected order is cancelled, refused, returned, marked RTO, refunded, fraudulent or otherwise found to be ineligible at any stage before prize fulfilment, the selected entry will be disqualified.

In such cases, Denver reserves the right to select another eligible winner for the applicable sale day.

The prize will be processed only after successful verification of both the winner and the qualifying order.

Important Order Eligibility Condition

Customers are requested to place an order only if they genuinely intend to accept and complete the purchase.

Placing an order solely for participation in the lucky draw and subsequently cancelling, refusing or not accepting the order will make the entry ineligible.

Any order cancelled or rendered unsuccessful before completion of the winner verification process will automatically lose its giveaway eligibility.

General Terms & Conditions

  • The Buy 1 Get 1 FREE offer is valid only on eligible products during the active Denver Diwali Sale.

  • BYOB's and Deo's are excluded from the Buy 1 Get 1 FREE offer.

  • One lucky winner will be selected for each applicable sale day.

  • Each verified daily lucky winner will receive one MacBook Pro.

  • All verified winner names will be announced together on Diwali.

  • COD orders will be eligible only after successful delivery.

  • Cancelled, refused, RTO, unsuccessful, fraudulent, incomplete or manipulated orders will not be eligible.

  • Denver reserves the right to verify the authenticity and eligibility of every participating order before confirming a winner.

  • If a selected order becomes ineligible, Denver may select another eligible order for the applicable sale day.

  • Product and prize images used in promotional communication may be for representation purposes.

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Denver may modify, suspend or discontinue the promotion where reasonably required, subject to applicable law.

  • Participation in the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
