1. Refund & Return Policy

 

1.1 Non-Refundable Category

Please note that Perfumes are non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

1.2 Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  • Return or exchange is only applicable under the following circumstances:
  • You have received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, requests made beyond this period will not be accepted.

1.3 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase or receipt is required.
  • An unboxing video (recorded from phone while opening the package) is mandatory for processing claims related to damaged or missing items.

Note: Disliking the fragrance will not be considered a valid reason for return or exchange.

1.4 Return Process

To initiate a return:

Once approved, a return shipping label and detailed instructions will be provided. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

1.5 Refund Charges

In case of an approved refund, a deduction of ₹450 will be applicable towards logistics and handling costs (including delivery and return courier charges).

 

 

2. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch from our warehouse, whichever is earlier.

For prepaid orders, if cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days from the date of cancellation approval.

 

 

3. Shipping Policy

3.1 Order Confirmation

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an Email and SMS with:

  • Order number
  • Estimated delivery timeline

3.2 Shipping Charges

  • Orders above ₹499: Free shipping
  • Orders below ₹499: Shipping charges of ₹70 apply

3.3 Delivery Timeline

Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days. However, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen factors such as:

  • Weather conditions
  • Flight delays
  • Regional restrictions or logistical issues

3.4 Tracking Your Order

You can track your order through:

  • Your account’s “My Orders” section on our website
  • The tracking link sent via Email/SMS post-dispatch
  • Contacting our Customer Support

3.5 Delivery Communication

You will receive a confirmation call before the delivery attempt. In case of unavailability, delivery can be rescheduled.

3.6 Priority Shipping

For expedited delivery, please contact our support team. This option is only available for prepaid orders.

 

 

4. Company Rights

Hamilton Sciences Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to:

  • Modify, revoke, or cancel any offers without prior notice
  • Cancel orders at its discretion due to unforeseen or policy-related reasons
