Terms & Conditions – Aura Points by Denver Giveaway

1. Eligibility:

The contest hosted by Hamilton Sciences Pvt Ltd (referred to as "the Company"/"we"/"us"/"our") is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Participants must be 12 years or older.
  • The contest is open to Indian participants only, subject to local laws and regulations.

2. How to Participate:

To be eligible for prizes, participants must follow the instructions below:

  • Scan the QR code provided in our promotional material.
  • Use the “Aura Points by Denver” selfie template available through the QR code.
  • Upload the selfie to your Instagram Story and tag @denverformen.
  • Brownie points if you also upload the same on your Instagram Feed.
  • No financial purchase or payment is required to participate.
  • Entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM IST on 23rd May 2025.

3. Prizes:

Exciting rewards await the top participants:

  • Top 10 winners will receive a year-long supply of Denver deodorants, which includes:

    • 7 deodorants dispatched by mid-June 2025

    • 7 deodorants dispatched in January 2026

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.

4. Contest Period:

The contest begins upon public announcement and ends on 23rd May 2025 at 11:59 PM IST.
Entries received after this period will not be considered.

5. Winner Selection:

  • Winners will be chosen based on overall creativity, engagement, and visibility of participation (e.g., tagging, feed upload).
  • The Company’s decision regarding winner selection will be final and binding.

6. Rights & Promotion:

By participating in the contest, you grant Denver the right to:

  • Use your name, likeness, Instagram handle, and entry content for promotional purposes, without additional compensation, across all media formats.

7. Data Protection:

  • Any personal information you provide will be used only for the administration of this contest.
  • Your data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

8. Changes to Terms:

The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or cancel the contest or these Terms & Conditions at any time, without prior notice.

9. General Conditions:

  • Participants must comply with all contest rules and conditions.
  • The Company reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these Terms.
  • The Company is not liable for any technical glitches, internet issues, or delays in prize distribution.
  • In case of disputes, the decision made by the organizers will be final and non-contestable.

10. Intellectual Property:

By submitting your selfie or any content (“User Content”), you:

  • Grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and modify the content across all media in relation to this contest.
  • Confirm your entry does not infringe any copyrights, trademarks, or rights of third parties.
  • Agree that if any content is found to violate intellectual property rights, it may be removed, and legal action may be taken if needed.
