Denver Contest Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

The contest hosted by Hamilton Sciences Pvt Ltd (referred to as "the Company/we/us/our") is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:

Participants must be 12 years or older.
The contest is open for Indian participants only, subject to the local laws and regulations of your country.

2. How to Participate:

To be eligible for prizes, participants must adhere to the following instructions:

Comment your prediction for India’s final score
Tag your cricket squad
Follow and Tag @denverformen on Instagram to be eligible for selection.
The contest is about fun predictions, and no financial involvement is required.
Winners will be selected based on random selection and the closeness of your prediction to India’s total score.

3. Prizes:

The following prizes are up for grabs:

Hampers for all winners will be distributed after the match (will take up to 15 days).
Special SRK signed T-shirt for the Top 5 who make the closest predictions.
If India wins the match, hampers will be given away equivalent to the total runs scored by India.

4. Contest Period:

The contest begins on 19th February 2025 and ends on 23rd February 2025 at 11:59 PM (Indian Standard Time, IST). Entries received after this date will not be considered.

5. Winner Selection:

Winners will be selected randomly, but special consideration will be given to participants who engage the most and tag more friends.
The Top 5 closest predictions will win a SRK signed T-shirt. The prediction should be within +3 to -3 of the actual score.
If India wins, hampers will be given based on the total runs scored by India in the match.

6. No Gambling:

This contest is a fun celebration and not a gambling or betting event. No financial involvement is required to participate.

7. Rights:

By participating in the contest, you grant Denver the right to use your name and social media handle for promotional purposes related to this contest.

8. Data Protection:

Any personal data you provide will be used only for the purpose of this contest and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Changes to Terms:

Denver reserves the right to modify, update, or cancel the contest at any time, without prior notice.

10. General Conditions:

The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant who fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions.
The Company’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the contest.
Hampers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
The brand hosting this contest is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or errors during the contest or the distribution of hampers.
In case of any dispute, the decision of the contest organizers will be final and binding.
The brand is not liable for any damages or issues arising from participation in the contest.
Participants must comply with all rules and regulations outlined for the contest.
The contest may be altered or cancelled at the discretion of the brand at any time, with no prior notice.

11. Intellectual Property:

By participating in the contest and submitting any content (referred to as "User Content"), including, but not limited to, videos, images, or other materials, you hereby grant the company the worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the contest and its promotion across all media formats and channels.

By participating in the contest, you consent to the use of your name, likeness, and entry in connection with the contest, without additional compensation, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, for advertising, promotional, or other commercial purposes related to the contest.

By submitting your entry, you represent and warrant that your content does not infringe upon or violate any intellectual property rights or other legal rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, or rights of publicity. If any User Content is believed to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of another party, the complainant may notify the company. The notification should include:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
Identification of the material alleged to be infringing, with sufficient detail to enable the company to locate it.
Contact information.
A statement confirming the complainant's good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

The company reserves the right to remove any User Content deemed to violate these terms or intellectual property rights.
